These summer Physio-led Pilates classes will be available on a pick and choose basis depending on your preference.
We've not run classes over the school summer holidays before, but we've developed them to help our current Pilates clients keep practising over the holiday season. Our clinic clients (past and present) and anyone new to Bradley Stoke Physio & Health are very welcome to join us too*.
The following dates and times are available over the Summer:

Charges will be as follows:- 1 class £10.50
2 classes £9.50 each
3 or more classes £8.50 each
If you would like to take part, please let us know as soon as possible as we need to make decisions about the viability of each class. We will have to cancel any classes that don’t have much uptake, but hope this will not be necessary.
Payment will as ever secure your place and should be paid by no later than 14th July. Payment can be made by telephoning or calling in to the clinic with a credit/debit card, or by BACS. Please call or email us in the first instance to book your sessions (and your one-to-one if you're new to us), and we can give you our account details should you prefer to pay by BACS.
We will be posting further details shortly with our September course dates so look out for that too.
* If you're new to Bradley Stoke Physio & Health, or haven't been to us for treatment for a while, and would like to join our Pilates sessions, you'll need to book in for a one-to-one assessment with one of Pilates Instructors before your first class. Your Instructor will use your time with them to find out more about any conditions affecting you and what you'd like to gain from attending our Pilates courses. This way your Instructor can ensure Pilates is the right thing for you, and make sure they will modify the exercises in the way in which you will benefit most.
