In fact, fewer than 30 physiotherapists in the whole of England have been granted the coveted award so we’re extraordinarily proud of Louise's achievement.
To gain the Quality Assured Practitioner status, Louise was benchmarked against others providing private physiotherapy care across the country. She was assessed on how quickly she’s able to return her patients to health, the type of treatments she uses, how long her patients need to be with her before they are better, and how effective she is in treating her patients.
Louise said, “I am over the moon, and I can’t believe it, but I don’t do anything that’s different from anyone else in the Bradley Stoke Physio & Health team. Kath and I have a marvellous team who have the same approach to their practice and who all put their patients first. Their high level of care and service is part of our culture here in the Bradley Stoke Physio & Health clinic, and everyone signs up to our Practice Charter. Next time, they’ll have to put their name forward to have their practice benchmarked too.”
Louise’s Quality Assured Practitioner status was awarded by Physio First, a trade association for Chartered Physiotherapists in private practice, who are keen to champion evidence-based, cost-effective private physiotherapy. You can find Louise’s name, with her Quality Assured Practitioner badge in Physio First’s ‘Find a Physio' directory; tick the ‘Quality Assured Practitioner’ box and search in ‘Bristol’ to find her quicker!
If you have any feedback about the care and treatment you have received at Bradley Stoke Physio we’d really like to hear from you too. Please email us at email@example.com or telephone us on 01454 618 525.
