Hi, I'm Josh and I provide massage therapy, injury and illness rehabilitation, and sports therapy here at Bradley Stoke Physio & Health
QUALIFICATIONS: BSc Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation
Member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers
The therapies I offer and my special interests: I initially qualified as a massage therapist before I went on to gain my Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation degree. In supporting the athletes at Bristol Rugby and Yeovil Football clubs, working alongside an esteemed surgeon and now working at Bradley Stoke Physio & Health I specialise in both holistic and sporting treatments.
Why I do what I do: As a keen sportsman I have much personal experience of both sport and injury and feel I can relate to the vast majority of those I treat. Personal sporting achievements include winning the World Taekwondo Championships in Korea in 2010 and I have competed at semi-professional level in both Boxing and mixed martial arts. I am near completion of a Physiotherapy MSc and as part of my degree I have worked with patients with a wide range of conditions and have also worked with the GB Olympic Taekwondo team.
I appreciate the care your body needs, how it can recover from injury, and how to maximise your body's movement and performance and I want other people to benefit from my knowledge so that they can achieve their ambitions too, whether sporting or lifestyle.
Why book and appointment with me: My personal interest in recovery from injury or illness and how that can help you get the most out of your sport or the lifestyle you enjoy will help you get better and stronger and quickly back to what you love doing most.
