The therapies I offer and my special interests: I provide massage therapy, injury and illness rehabilitation here at Bradley Stoke Physio & Health. Although I have ‘Sports’ in my job title, and am very much into Motorcross, I treat more people who work in offices than take part in sport. Find out more about how sports massage can help you on our Sports Massage page.
Why I do what I do: You might say I was inspired by my experience! I have seen lots of physios and sports rehabilitators because of Motorcross injuries – several broken bones and a shoulder injury to date. I keep going back to the sport because I love it and believe no injuries should stop you doing what you love. Physios and sports rehabilitators knowledge and ability got me back to riding Motorcross much faster than I could have done by myself. I wanted to do that for other people and now it’s me helping people to recover and get back to doing what they need to do quicker.
Why book an appointment with me: You can be confident knowing that I’ve been through the injury recovery process and can empathise completely! I know that it’s not just the physical but the emotional sides of being unable to do what you’re normally able to do.
I’ll also bring a whole wealth of experience with me and use it to form a tailor-made treatment just for you. The experience has come from devising treatments for Olympic potentials and elite athletes at Millfield, aiding Clifton Rugby Club players to optimise their health and fitness, and working with people who, everyday, want to be able to move more freely and without pain.
